A: The WOLIM School of Ministry is a transformative online learning platform designed to equip believers with a solid biblical foundation and practical ministry skills. Q: What is the structure?
A: The first year of WOLIM School of Ministry is offered online and consists of 12 modules. Each module contains 5 lessons, followed by an exam (referred to as a quiz). Students must achieve a passing grade of 70% to complete the module. Two attempts are allowed for each exam.

How to Register
Q: How do I register for the WOLIM School of Ministry?
A: To register, follow these steps:
- Go to the Modules Page by clicking on “All Courses”.
- On the Modules Page, click on “Registration Package”.
- Click on the “Get Course” button.
- If you are not logged in, the website will prompt you to log in or register for an account. Fill in the required details.
- After logging in, the page may refresh. Click on the “Get Course” button again.
- On the “Cart” page, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- On the “Checkout” page, fill in your billing details and choose one of the following payment methods:
- PayPal: Pay using your PayPal account or any credit/debit card linked to PayPal.
- PayNow: For Zimbabwean payment methods (EcoCash, InnBucks, O’mari, Visa, and MasterCard). International Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.
- EcoCash: Pay using the EcoCash merchant code 75215:
- Dial *153#.
- Enter your EcoCash PIN.
- Select “Make Payment”.
- Select “Pay Merchant”.
- Enter the Merchant Code 75215.
- Enter the amount.
- Confirm the payment and send a screenshot or confirmation to som@wolim.org or WhatsApp +263 789 434 541.
- Offline Payment: Visit any Word of Life International Ministries branch to make your payment. Include your name and email address on the payment. Send a clear picture of the receipt to som@wolim.org or WhatsApp +263 789 434 541. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.
- After payment, return to the Modules Page and select the “Registration Package”.
- Click on “Begin” or “Continue” to access the package. This package includes a mock exam to help you familiarize yourself with the LMS.
- Complete your registration by filling in the registration form on your profile page: https://som.wolim.org/user-account/settings/.
Q: What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
A: In the event you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to recover your account:
- Go to the Login Page – Visit the School of Ministry website and navigate to the login section.
- Click on ““ – Below the login fields, click on the “” link.
- Enter Your Registered Email – Provide the email address associated with your account and submit the request by cicking on “Send reset link”.
- Check Your Email – You will receive an email with the subject “[WOLIM School of Ministry] Password Reset” containing a password reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder (or possibly confirm that you entered the email correctly).
- Reset Your Password – Click the link in the email and on the page that loads, enter a new password that you would like to use and repeat it in the “Repeat password” field. Click “Save & Sign In“
- Login Again – Use your new password to access your account.

How to Purchase a Module
Q: How do I purchase a module?
A: The process is similar to purchasing the Registration Package:
Go to the Modules Page by clicking on “All Courses”.
Select the desired module instead of the “Registration Package”.
Click on the “Get Course” button and follow the same steps as outlined in the registration process (login, checkout, and payment).
How to Study the Modules
Q: How are the modules structured?
A: Each module consists of 5 lessons. The lessons appear on the left-hand side of the screen, and each lesson includes a video. The module notes can be found at the bottom of the Lesson 1 page.
Q: How do I complete a lesson?
A: After watching the video and reviewing the lesson material, click on the “Finish” button to mark the lesson as complete. You must complete all 5 lessons to unlock the exam.
Q: What is the exam format?
A: The exam is a combination of multiple-choice and true/false questions. You must achieve a passing grade of 70% within 1 hour. You are allowed 2 attempts to pass the exam.
Q: Am I allowed to write the exam before watching the lessons?
A: You would need to watch ALL the lessons and only write the exam when you are fully prepared. Remember, you have only 2 attempts and the pass mark is 70%.
Q: When will I receive my exam results?
A: Your results will be displayed immediately after completing the exam.
